Brasswell Coworking (“we”, “us”) runs the coworking space at 1418 E Main St, Chattanooga, TN 37404 and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Tour and contact details you send us: name, email, phone, what you’re looking for, tour date and notes
Membership details: billing contact, company name and photo ID, collected when you join
Keycard logs showing when a card opened a door
Security camera footage of the entrances, the back lot and the lift lobby
Basic website analytics such as pages visited and device type
How we use it
We use your information to book tours, run your membership and keycard, send invoices and building notices, keep the building secure and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your tour, packages and building notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Payments
Membership and day pass payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the space (payment processing, the keycard system, texting, website hosting), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Camera footage is kept for about 30 days unless it is needed for an incident. Tour requests that never become a membership are deleted after 12 months. Membership records are kept as long as the law requires.
