This page summarizes how membership works at Brasswell Coworking. It is not the membership agreement and does not change it. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Term and fees
Month-to-month membership that renews each billing period
Fees are due on the same day each month, starting on your first day
No deposit and no setup fee; a 12-month term lowers the monthly price
Give notice before your next billing date to leave without another charge
Late payments
If a payment is late, a late fee may apply and your keycard may be paused until the account is current. We always email and call before it gets that far.
Access and keycards
Desk and office members get a keycard that works 24/7; hot desk members get in from 7 AM to 10 PM. Keys and keycards are returned when you leave. We enter private offices only for cleaning, repairs you ask for, emergencies or as the law allows.
House rules
No smoking or vaping inside, no overnight stays and no pets except service animals. Keep calls out of the quiet room, and keep anything illegal or hazardous out of the building.
Insurance
Team office members carry general liability insurance. We insure the building, not your laptop, so keep valuables in a locker or your office.
