Keycard entry
Every member gets a keycard for the front door, the lift and their floor. Entries are logged, and a lost card is switched off in a minute.
A staffed front desk
Lionel or Mireya is at the front desk Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM to sign in guests and packages.
Cameras at the entrances
Cameras cover the front door, the back lot and the lift lobby. Nothing records inside offices or meeting rooms.
A quiet third floor
The third floor is phone-free. Calls go to the four phone booths or the lounge downstairs.
What fast internet means here.
Video calls all day need upload speed, not just download. The building runs on symmetric city fiber with a backup line, and every desk has a wired port.
Your keycard, every day.
Come in early or stay late. The front desk keeps shorter hours for tours, day passes and packages.
Hot desk members get in 7 AM to 10 PM every day. Holiday hours are posted at the front desk and emailed to members a week ahead.
